This charming second-floor unit offers picturesque views of the Pumicestone Passage and passing watercraft from its private balcony and living area. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Living Area: Comfortable leather recliners, TV, and scenic outlook.
Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with fly screens on the windows. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the unit for your comfort.
Main bedroom: Queen bed
Second bedroom: 2 x single beds
Additional bedding: Sofa (in living area)
Kitchen: Well-appointed with microwave, oven, stove, toaster, and dining table, perfect for preparing meals.
Bathroom: Tiled walk-in shower, featuring a grab bar for accessibility.
Laundry: Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second-floor unit. Additionally, you will have access to a tandem lock-up garage, providing secure parking for both your car and boat.

We could see the water from the door/balcony as there was a small gap in the trees. Kitchen equipment needs updating. Frypan was old and had bits missing from the surface which made everything stick. Place was clean.
