- The community outdoor pool and golf course are available for guest use for a daily fee of $10-$20. The fee is paid on-site prior to use
- Due to the rural location of this property, storms may hit and cause power outages, especially in the winter. Flashlights and candles are provided, and the stovetop and fireplace will still be functioning since they run on gas

On the whole, a great place to stay. Location puts you within striking distance (appx 1 or so) to the two most popular areas at Rainier NP, the layout of the house was perfect for a big group with lots of kids our family's size, and the kitchen was well-stocked with equipment.
