Welcome to The Beach Club at Pearl Street—nine updated 1BR condos just 140 ft from the beach in the heart of Beach Haven, offering short-term rentals. Each unit includes a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, oceanview patio, AC, and parking. 2 beach badges included. Walk to bars, restaurants & shops. We provide linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, hairdryer, and iron. No toiletries, beach gear, washer/dryer, or daily cleaning.

Everything we expected, the property was very clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the upper deck and easy walking access to eateries and shops. Very nice property for an extended weekend. I would certainly return.
