Cozy Flat Orso Navona square

We stayed at Cozy Flat Orso Navona square for 16 days. Daniele, Mica, and especially Adriano (welcoming team). Adriano was so nice, helpful, gave tour of the flat, showed us how to use all the property amenities with high attention on the do(s) and don't(s), gave us local recommendations to visit, gave great tips on which official bank-affiliated ATMs and where they were located, gave us great advice on staying safe when on our outings, helped mark our map of where the flat location was, metro, bank, shops we asked about, etc. This property's location was VERY convenient to all attractions, groceries, restaurants, metro, etc. They provided free WIFI. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We loved having the washing machine during our 16 days stay and they had a dryer rack which was very nice. We choose to wash our towels during our stay verses exchanging them out with the host. This flat was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This flat is located on the 3rd floor with steps and no elevator. But my husband and I loved it, because we considered it as our "exercise" each day. Thank you, Daniele, Mica, and Adriano, for being GREAT HOST! We LOVED your flat and we had an AWESOME STAY!

Calm neighborhood, close to St Peter Square, Spacious.

This apartment was just as described and pictured, and was a great place to stay in Rome. It is located on a quiet street, but within easy walking distance of many important locations. It’s perfect for two people (as long as you don’t mind walking up 3 flights of stairs) and we HIGHLY recommend it.

Well it was warm when we got there and the ac in the bedroom would not work and was told it was still to cool for the ac to run. Well that funny because the one in the living room worked perfectly fine with no problems. Then in the ad it says they have wifi. When you see this you think the whole apartment will have it. Well your wrong in th3 living room you have it and when you walk down the hall to the bedroom you loose it. I brought this to their attention and the response was well you have WiFi and due to the old building with thick walls is why it only works in the living room. I can go out in my yard outside of my basement and still have WiFi through concrete. The place itself was ok but the staff is super argumentative when you confront them with an issue. They are going to respond to this well you had WiFi but when WiFi is listed it usually means in the whole place. But they have sub par equipment and do not want to spend money for some decent stuff. And at one point in the living room we got kicked off and the message was to many people on the internet at once. And the signal in the living room was only one bar. But as I said the place itself was ok and the location is good.
