About this house rental
NordseeEstate – Historic Hideaway for up to 20 People
The NordseeEstate consists of two hideaways, the NordseeLodge and the NordseeLoft, located in the “nordsee.estate,” a historic thatched-roof house that was extensively renovated from its former use as the Tetenbüll parsonage.
Originally built around 1780, NordseeEstate is nestled in the midst of a 1-hectare, park-like garden with ponds and offers a magnificent view of the historic St. Anna Church (built around 1400).
Charm meets design:
A unique blend of trendy designer furniture (e.g., by Vitra and Mathieu Challières), exquisite antiques, and carefully restored pieces from the old vacation home give the NordseeEstate a stylish, cozy atmosphere—perfect for short or long stays.
Amenities and Highlights:
Accommodations for up to 18 people in the NordseeLodge & NordseeLoft
4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread across the first floor and upper floor
A spacious family kitchen with underfloor heating
Private sauna for up to 4 people
Historic entry hall with Öland tiles and elegant wood floors
Handmade Moroccan cement tiles in the bathrooms
Looking for even more space and privacy?
For absolute exclusivity, you can also book the small “NordseeLütt,” which can be connected to the main property. This gives you the entire property to yourselves—no neighbors, but with an additional retreat for two people and an extra bathroom.
The NordseeEstate is the perfect choice any time of year for large families or groups of friends who appreciate style, comfort, and a historic atmosphere in a unique location.
