The full kitchen will keep everyone fed, or head up to Terrazas restaurant on the ninth-floor pool deck and let someone else do the cooking for you. Other on-site amenities include an infinity-edge swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center both offering ocean views.

It also features a comfortable dining area with seating for 4. Whether you want to whip up a quick breakfast or a full dinner, this kitchen has everything you need.
Master Bedroom:
The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with a beautiful ocean views and a plush king-sized bed dressed in premium linens and pillows. The room has a spacious closet for your belongings, bedside tables with reading lamps, and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. There’s also a smart TV in the bedroom for added convenience and entertainment.

• Resort will place hold on $250 as security deposit.
• Valet parking fee:

• Housekeeping during stay (optional):

This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request.

Need to receive a package during your stay? No problem! Our Package Service makes it easy and convenient - just bring a valid ID to claim your delivery.
• Package Pickup Hours & Fees:
* 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sun): $5.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
* After Hours: $27.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
Please note: Owners do not pay unless the package is under someone else’s name.
• Optional Add-Ons: Set of Towels – $25, Linen Package – $35, Basic Toiletries – $20, Essentials Pack – $35 (includes toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and detergent). Contact us to arrange.
**Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we always try to accommodate when the schedule allows. If available, an $80 fee applies, and access will be provided as soon as the unit is ready.
**Late check-out fee is $80 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
• Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.
• Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using the resort amenities.
• Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
• BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
• Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas the whole stay, and they didn’t have a comforter or any extra bedding/ pillows for the advertised pull out sofa in the living room. Check in process was also a giant pain.
