Just steps from vibrant 5th Avenue and Naples' stunning beaches, this serene retreat offers a private lanai, modern kitchen, and sophisticated decor. - Additional Sleeping Space: Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests.
-A comfortable workstation with desk and chair are also provided.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a cozy dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked with:
-Drip and single use coffee maker, toaster, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils and much more...
This unit is in a gated community with a dedicated, covered, parking spot. There is additional unassigned guest parking as well.

House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, our property is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We do not make exceptions based on weather, illness or other emergencies. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

We travelled here for Spring Break, and were so happy with our decision. The place was super clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids had a great time at the pool and tennis courts. We will return!!

The property is beautifully decorated and looks like to photos. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one would need. The beds are comfortable and the host has thought of everything (eg. cooler, beach bag and toys, sewing kit, etc.)! She was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this listing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Naples Bay Resort for our family vacation, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we booked, Kelly, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her commitment to our satisfaction was evident, and she made us feel right at home.The property itself is stunning. The well-maintained grounds and beautiful landscaping create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The resort features an incredible clubhouse with top-notch amenities, including a fitness center that we enjoyed using during our stay.One of our favorite aspects was the adult pool. It was amazing and quickly became our go-to spot every day. Overall, Naples Bay Resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t recommend it enough for families looking for a delightful getaway. Thank you, Kelly, for making our vacation so special!
