Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen issues arise that they can resolve.

We arrived at the appropriate check-in time, but we were unable to get into the property and stood in the rain for two hours before the Host could get us into the apartment.
