We enjoyed our two week stayin this VRBO. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. It is an older home that has been updated. AC worked great and was needed, as Buffalo was experiencing a heat wave. Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. Great location near Buffalo, Niagara Falls.

Wonderful, updated house! It is well stocked with anything you may need. The hot tub was awesome. Loved that it was pet friendly. Close to everything you would want to see in the area!

My wife and I started our vacation by flying into Buffalo and reserved this cottgage for the beginning of our trip. We spent three lovely nights and it was perfect. Great location and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Cooked dinner every evening and enjoyed the hot tub as well. We slept in the upstairs bedroom and the king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with the property owners was easy, easy, easy. They were great. I would highly recommend this house for a stay if you are in Buffalo. We were very satisfied.
