The cottage has two apartments, with the owner sometimes using one - but if you want the whole place to yourself, we'll arrange it! Just let us know when booking. Outdoor life awaits directly outside the door! Just a few hundred meters from the cabin there is fishing in the Umeälven and Kirjesån, known for its trout and other fish. The fishing experience is complete with a fishing license, which is easily purchased in Slussfors or via the I-fiske app. For swimming enthusiasts there is a swimming area with jetties and a beach in Slussfors. The single-storey cottage consists of a kitchen with all facilities for cooking and a dining table, the living room with several seats and a cozy sofa and a wood burning stove, firewood is available. There is a smart TV and Wifi. Two bedrooms with double beds and in one of the bedrooms there is also a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Pets are allowed. Regardless of the season, there is something for everyone – disc golf course, ski trails, and fantastic fishing opportunities just a stone's throw from the cabin. And for those who want to enjoy home-caught fish, you can cook it in the available smoke or grill it and create a tasty memory in the beautiful surroundings of nature. Slussfors is a small town in the municipality of Storuman, it is located halfway between Storuman and Tärnaby. Outdoor life with fishing, berry picking and scooter rides is appreciated. The proximity to nature is an important part of the villagers' quality of life. The Kirjesån meets the Umeälven in Slussfors. The Kirjesålandet nature reserve is adjacent to the village. In slussfors there is a grocery store, if you want to shop, visit restaurants or experience other memories, you can take a trip to Storuman and Tärnaby.
