This charming oceanside home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and boasts an unbeatable location near the corner of West Atlantic Blvd and Durham Ave - less than 250 feet from the public beach access walkover. Sun, sand, and surf are truly just steps away.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a spacious screened-in porch. An inviting spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with a favorite book while enjoying the coastal breeze.
Inside, the comfortable living area offers seating for six and a Smart TV with Roku access, making it easy to stream your favorite shows after a day in the sun. The dining area accommodates six guests and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare family meals with ease.
Bedroom 1: King bed with a newly updated private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with access to a newly updated shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with access to the shared bathroom with walk-in shower and tub.
For added convenience, the home includes an interior washer and dryer.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
