Flat in a splendid Venetian Villa dating back to the end of the 17th century, situated in the Veronese hills, surrounded by vineyards and a splendid park dominated by a swimming pool with a spectacular view. The flat is dedicated to those who are attracted by the charm of staying in a historic residence while benefiting from the comfort of a modern, fully-equipped flat.
The Villa is also an excellent base for visiting beautiful Verona (18 km) and the whole of Lake Garda: in just 40-50 km you can easily reach Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda, Limone, Malcesine, Peschiera and Lazise. Other wonderful cities of art are also nearby: Mantua 50 km, Vicenza 40 km, Venice 100 km. There are numerous cycle paths: more than 1000 km of signposted routes allow you to visit the entire surrounding area, characterised by gentle hills sprinkled with vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.
For golf enthusiasts, there are various courses in the vicinity, where, thanks to the particularly mild climate influenced by Lake Garda, you can play all year round.
Even during the winter this is an area in which to spend a nice holiday, because in addition to the cities of art, there are several spas in the surroundings (thermal baths of Juno 4 km, Villa dei Cedri 45 km, thermal baths of Sirmione 50 km).
