Le confort de la maison, la piscine.

Malheureusement, quartier en plein essor touristique, du coup beaucoup de bruit lié aux constructions du matin 8h au soir 17h

La maison est vraiment super, l’emplacement est top et surtout les services des propriétaires est exceptionnel!! Je recommande fortement ce logement

La cuisine est superbe, il manque juste un peu d’ustensiles et une machine a laver

Great location if you have a motorbike. Less than 5 minutes from the centre of Kuta. The pool area is spacious and the loungers very comfortable. Great for sunbathing. The main bedroom has no windows which makes it very dark at night. The other room/bathroom is disconnected from the other and does have a large glass door and good blackout curtains. Beds are large and cozy. The kitchen and lounge area is also very comfortable and nice to socialise in. Located on a hill it has nice views and is very quiet. The property was very clean too. The staff also made a sweet birthday display for my friend on a lounger. Gloria was quick to reply on WhatsApp and answer any questions.

There are three things that I think need to be improved on and are the reason I couldn't give a more positive review for the price. 1. More than one set of keys. We had to keep hiding them as we would not always be together at the villa. 2. A better water dispenser. The plastic pump was poor quality and didn't dispense water well. 3. There needs to be some blinds in the bathroom. In the morning whilst we were by the pool a man came in to the property for the electric reading. The walkway is directly past the glass windows. You can see into the entire bathroom. It would have been horrible to have been in the shower or toilet at the time. Worse a stranger, but also not ideal to see each other! We were under the impression that the villa would be private for the entire stay. We were not greeted upon check in and waited for staff to arrive. I understand the property is separate but I did say we would arrive between 7.30-8pm and we were there at 7.40pm. The check in felt rushed. On the second day the staff had to contact me for the room key to enter the property. Another reason to have more keys. Staying in a nice private villa I expected a little more personal treatment. There is no hot tub as advertised. Only outdoor pool.
