Check-in and parking instructions were clear and easy. I have an SUV (Volvo XC40) and was able to fit into the garage fine with space on the side to exit the vehicle. My husband was also able to park his car on the street just outside the building. Apartment was clean, lots of space to sleep, comfortable beds. Location was great - just a short walk to the downtown. There was also a small balcony. Kitchen had everything you need, including dishwasher tabs, oil, salt, and coffee pods.

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the required security deposit before receiving check-in instructions, and the check-out requirements. It's either a 300euro credit card hold, or a 30euro non-refundable deposit. However, I can understand the reasoning behind this. Upon checkout, usually I load the dishwasher and run it so everything is clean, but for this property you had to even empty the dishwasher before checkout. We also had to take out the trash, but the door to the trash area was locked and no keys that we had worked.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten! Es war sauber und alles funktionierte. Die Betten waren bequem (bis auf die wuchtigen Oma-Kopfkissen). Die Ferienwohnung selbst würde ich 9/10 bewerten.

Bei offenem Fenster hört man Nachts Straßenlärm und Kirchenglocken. Online mit Kreditkarte 300€ Kaution zu hinterlegen war akzeptabel für mich. Aber der Online-Check-in ist viel zu kompliziert. Ich weiß auch gar nicht, ob ich es richtig gemacht habe - und das nach 700(!) Clicks auf dem Smartphone (alleine 650 für das Geburtsdatum). Foto vom Ausweis im Internet hochladen widerstrebt mir sehr.

Well equipped & furnished comfortable apartment on the edge of the old town. Nearby supermarket was very convenient Local agent, Valentine, was most helpful - we could not have managed arrival and departure without his help

The stairs - 5 flights to reach our entrance; my wife has a physical disability and found them a struggle. I think we should have been advised of this in advance The parking; allotted garage was too narrow - once in I could not open the door wide enough to exit the car. We had to park in the street. Recurring problem with the WC in the main bathroom which meant we could not use until fixed The roadworks which we were not warned about. Our street was being dug up, impossible to cross, noisy by day and we could not load/unload in the street. We relied heavily on Valentine to help us with our luggage - he was exceptional. We were given incorrect instructions and could not access the property on arrival. Consequently we had to take a local hotel room for our first night.
