Very nice helpful host. Room was clean and perfect for my stay.
Unfortunately I was there in the middle of a heatwave and the a.c struggled to keep the room cool. But that was just bad luck really. Otherwise everything was great, and it didn't really make much difference.

Everything is spotlessly clean. Our host was so friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated her explaining how the coffee machine works. (Other hosts don’t usually do this, so we never use the machines. But this time we did and the coffee was delicious!) Super parking right outside. The fridge was generously stocked with quality products. Everything was really comfortable. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

L’appartamento era molto molto pulito e ben fornito.
Ha due smart tv, una in sala e una in camera, dunque la possibilità di guardare netflix, disney +, prime video.
La temperatura è ottima, si può gestire autonomamente il termostato.
Parcheggio privato proprio davanti all’ingresso con cancello automatico.
La posizione è abbastanza scomoda.. dista parecchio dal centro di Bologna, pensavo fosse un po più comodo e vicino.

Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto! Cordialità dell’host, appartamento spaziosissimo con bagno nuovo e spazioso e soprattutto cucina e macchina del caffè oltre arredamento di ottima qualità.
Niente da segnalare.
