Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, et l’expérience a largement dépassé nos attentes. Tout d’abord, il convient de souligner la remarquable qualité d’accueil d’Abdelaziz, le propriétaire, dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme méritent d’être particulièrement salués. Son sens de l’hospitalité contribue immédiatement à instaurer un climat de confiance et de sérénité. L’appartement se distingue par une propreté irréprochable ainsi qu’un niveau d’entretien rarement observé dans ce type de location. Les espaces communs de la résidence sont eux aussi parfaitement entretenus : ascenseur propre, silencieux et pleinement fonctionnel, résidence fermée et sécurisée, parking souterrain sécurisé, ainsi qu’un personnel de sécurité extrêmement courtois et professionnel. La vue sur l’océan constitue incontestablement l’un des points forts du logement. Elle offre un cadre particulièrement apaisant et confère à l’ensemble une véritable sensation d’évasion. Sur le plan du confort, tout a été pensé avec soin : excellente pression d’eau, eau chaude constante, literie confortable, couvertures de très bonne qualité et salle de bain élégante aux finitions soignées. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée (machine à laver, machine à café, équipements complets), ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable, même pour plusieurs jours. Nous avons également apprécié les délicates attentions à l’arrivée : fruits frais, bouteilles d’eau offertes ainsi que des capsules de café de marque L'Or, détails simples mais révélateurs d’un véritable souci du bien-être des occupants. La présence d’une petite supérette à proximité immédiate représente un avantage particulièrement pratique au quotidien. Quant à la plage d’Anza, elle est accessible en seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Agadir. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities including a kitchen, washing machine, and a well-maintained bathroom. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They greeted us with a generous bowl of fresh fruits and a large bottle of water, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Throughout our stay, they checked in to make sure everything was going well and were always available if we needed anything. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its location — it’s very close to a supermarket, which made things much easier for us, especially as we preferred cooking our own meals due to limited vegetarian options in the area. What truly stood out, however, was their kindness beyond our stay. During a difficult situation when I had an injury while travelling to Marrakech and needed urgent medication on a Sunday (when many pharmacies were closed), we reached out to them for help. Despite us no longer staying at the property, they responded promptly, showed genuine concern, and guided us. Even after we returned to the UK, they continued to check in on my recovery, which speaks volumes about their kindness and care. Overall, this was not just a comfortable stay but also a truly heartwarming experience thanks to such thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

Świetny apartament, czysty, wygodny, funkcjonalny. Z pełnym wyposażeniem. Ładny widok z okna. Blisko kilka kafejek i barów. Niedaleko plaża. W pobliżu Carrefour - na szybkie zakupy. Gospodarz niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny. Świetne miejsce.

The view of Balcon is amazing. Very big apartment, two bathroom, two bedroom. The host Abdul Aziz is very nice person, and he even served us with many fresh fruits
