Seaview Holiday Rental by VillaGranCanaria

The house is beautiful, the rooms, the layout, the decoration. The location and placement in the city are great, only a short walk away from supermarkets and close to the city centre but still far enough away that the area is peaceful and feels private. The views from the front facing rooms were incredibly beautiful, especially at night. Comfy beds, good facilities, easy and fast check in with friendly staff and very good communication. Can't fault it, we had a lovely stay!

A few things would have made it even better but they're only improvements as there was nothing wrong with the house or the stay. For example, no Aircon except in one of the bedrooms, made it difficult on hotter days and at night as the temperatures stay quite high in the nights. Also we really enjoyed the pool but would have been used/enjoyed more if it were heated.

It was spacious and with everything you needed for a home from home.

There was no electric barbecue, as shown in the photos. The inside stove barbecue was not the same. The swimming pool was not heated.

We stayed at Seaview Holiday Rental by Villa Gran Canaria and had a lovely time. The house was beautifully decorated, with tasteful furnishings and pieces of art that gave it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and just like in the pictures. The pool was not heated, but clean and pleasant — just as shown in the photos. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier. The beach (about 8 minutes away by car) was quiet, mostly visited by locals, and had a gorgeous view. Supermarkets nearby made it easy to get everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful — and we really appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival much smoother. Overall, a peaceful and stylish place, great for a relaxing stay. We’d gladly come back!

The only downside was the presence of ants inside the house, which appeared from time to time. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of.
