The location is really great since it is away from the hustle and bustle of centro, but close enough to walk to it and be in it. The area felt safe enough for us (two females) in the evening/night as well. The staff is courteous and prompt. They offered to move us to another room if we felt uncomfortable or too hot. There was a fan to help with the heat. Good internet and TV. The check-in process was easy and convenient.
I would suggest asking for a room on the lower level in hotter weather. We had the top floor (#6) and it was really hot in April, even with the window open. The only window in the bedroom and bathroom open to an enclosed tiny airshaft that don't allow much air in. At the time we stayed, there was a smoker there so all the smoke came in through the windows at night (this is not a criticism of the staff or owners, just our experience at the time).
