Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Bad ist neuwertig und sehr geräumig. Auch die Garage war sehr angenehm und vor allem, dass wir auch die Möglichkeit erhielten unser zweites Auto ebenfalls zu parken. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür!!!

Die Ausstattung und die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht in keinster Weise mehr heutigen Anforderungen! Z.B. ist die Verglasung der Aussenfenster derart dünn (Einzelglas), dass ein heizen auf angenehm Temperaturen (19-21Grad) im Wohnzimmer nicht möglich ist. Nicht zuletzt aus Umweltgründen sollte hier dringend gehandelt werden.
