The house was super cute. Nice renovation.

The Yale door lock pad was the first issue. We could not get in the house using the code. Luckily contacting the owner was easy, and he unlocked the door remotely. He gave us the door key which we returned when we left. When speaking to the owner, he told me a plumber would be coming to finish a quick job. Which we thought was weird but okay. Unfortunately the plumber ended up staying about 6 hours and was loud working, and was even louder talking on the phone. We were hoping to take a nap when we got to the house, after our travels, but with the plumber being so loud, it was impossible. Third issue was the heat. The first floor was fine, but when in the bedroom, theres no heat when the door is closed. The second floor is super hot. I could not stand it. Fourth issue was the hot water, the shower didn't stay hot for too long. Fifth issue, was the amount of spiders in the corners throughout the house. It made me wonder how often the house was cleaned. Sixth issue, as big as the house was, there was only ONE full length mirror in one of the four bedrooms. Lastly as cute as the half bathroom was on the first floor, no one could use the toilet, due to no space between the wall and toilet. A bench in the first floor shower, and hooks to place loofahs and wash clothes in the bathroom would also be nice. In all, we used the house for a mini post Christmas family get together while in town, and that was a success. Again the house was cute. This house is new as of Dec 2024. Hopefully with these issues fixed this house would be a 10/10. Fix the heat problem, and I would rent the house again.
