Dejligt hus i Hua Hin. Vi nød det rigtig meget. Kommer gerne igen! Har været i Hua Hin de sidste 20 pr

Der mangler lidt køkkengrej. Generelt flere tallerkener, glas, og nye knive - flere af dem var knækket osv. Og så burde man få opdateret opvaskemaskinen, så den lever op til samme standard som resten af huset. Tingene i maskinen bliver ikke ordentlig rene.

The cinema room looks exactly like in the pictures which is amazing. The BBQ area is great, and the house is clean overall with enough utensils for cooking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Check-in experience was horrible. We contacted the host 3 hours in advance with all required documents and a clear explanation of the number of guests. When we arrived in Hua Hin, no one responded to our messages up until 4 PM—one hour after the official check-in time—and the only phone number provided was turned off. We were just minutes away from booking a new property and losing 6,000 THB due to the unprofessional handling of the check-in process. Additionally, since the host manages multiple properties, it seems no one reads the chat history. We kept receiving repeated requests for the same information, and at one point they even addressed me by the wrong name. To be fair, the host offered a 1,000 THB refund, though I still don’t understand how Booking.com will process it—but let's see.
