First of all. The host is very responsive and gave all the instructions how to collect keys with photos included. Just text in advance. The room was like in the protos, that you can see in the property description. Except one - the double beds can be divided for the 2 single beds, and this is great, especially when you have the big company of friends, not couples. The kitchenware includes microwave, stove, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans and etc. All that you may need. There is a washing machine in the bathroom with dryer combined. The property is located in a very quite place(one exception will in disadvantages), there is no noise from the cars or smth like this. This is a typical small German town. In 5 min walk - there is a grocery shop, that's very convenient.

Just one thing. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a deal-breaker. I know I said it's a quiet place, but there’s one exception: the church across the road. Every day at 7 a.m., the bells ring for 10 minutes straight. Plus, they chime every 15 minutes throughout the day.

Sauberkeit und Flexibilität des Vermieters, tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, alle elektronischen Geräte waren voll funktionsfähig und die Küche super ausgestattet

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte getauscht werden. Sonst war alles gut.

La calefacción muy buena, me gustó que al llegar estuviera caliente la casa, también que tuviera toallas y menaje de hogar

Nos encontramos en el cubo de la basura dentro de casa con restos de otros y detrás del sofá también

Die Lage und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren gut, die Unterkunft zweckmäßig, alles notwendige war vorhanden und für 4 Personen reichlich Platz.

Die Sauberkeit ließ ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. In der Kaffeemaschine befanden sich noch geschimmelte Kaffeereste, insgesamt war die Wohnung eher schlicht eingerichtet aber insgesamt ok und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.
