The property itself was nice and cozy. What bothered me was that they advertise as having parking but it is in fact a small inner court which fits max. 2 cars (tight already).

The host forgot to tell us how to get out of the courtyard which was higher level than the street and had 3 pikes for the gate at the entry. One of them got stuck in the protection shield of the car and broke it while backing out of the so called “parking”. Her response was “we know there is a problem, you are the 3rd person to have this happen but the gate was too expensive to remove”. Safe to say we lost our deposit for the car rental when she could have been more explicit about the issue the same day. The hotel excused themselves saying they had put a traffic cone in the way to guide the drivers when leaving but the cone was no longer there and no one told me why it was there in the first place. Very disappointed with this and it’s such a shame since everything else was great. Just don’t go by car or parc somewhere else since you risk leaving parts of it behind.
