fomos muito bem recebido pela moça da organização e limpeza !!! Ela nos direcionou para um dos chalés, que são novos estavam bem limpos e organizados.
Os chalés estavam sem agua, apenas algum residual dos canos, fomos informados da possibilidade de troca de habitação devido a esse problema, no entanto ja era noite, frio e as propostas eram incompatíveis (distancia e comodidade). Alem disso houveram alguns desentendimentos quanto ao chalé alugado no boking com o que nós fomos alocados o que levou a proprietária ou gerente a ficar nos cobrando um valor diferenciado durante a noite, o que gerou stress que se somou com o desconforto durante a noite, até as 21hs quando abri reclamação com a booking ( que ainda não me deu respostas).
