La amplitud de la casa, las vistas de la terraza, la decoración, todo en general. Volveremos.

1) super easy-going real estate stuff with instant whatsupp contact. maybe too fancy for older people, but for me it was cool. we found out that terrace doors don't close properly and they sent the repairman the next day. good job! 2) spacious. the apartment is spacious. it has 3 bedrooms, living room with a kitchen, playground area, a great terrace with an entrance from each room, 2 bathrooms. cool! 3) you may wash you clothes, you may go to the pool, you may sit with a normal table at the terrace or decide to use a sofa, you may play darts, you may watch Netflix. Man! This flat has everything what should be at the average house. 4) 1 parking space inside, but plenty of free spaces along the street 5) Mercadona/Mall within 5min by car, Aguilas puerto within 12min

If it was so nice, then shouldn't I rate it more? Nope. Here the details: 1) when I left the flat, I may leave the keys inside. pretty quick and easy, isn't it? then why do you require me to visit your office inside the town where it is hard to park, just to pick up keys? I thought that you want my docs or anything, but no. Just keys-pick up in the office. In PDF there were pics about some hidden box. Why don't you use it fully? 2) DIRTY! It's a shame guys. I always enter flat bare-feet. Especially such modern and good looking one. I have pics of our feets after 5min but trust me, you don't want to see them. The rest was quite acceptable but the floor...omg 3) I mentioned that flat is spacious and can fit 3 families easily. then why don't you give some more mugs/cups so that we may drink something together. The proportion was not sufficient, so please review the kitchen and add some more usable things for your guests. 4) the playground area is separated/hidden. it is even nice, but why don't we have air-conditioning there?! when we played darts with 4 people in the room, it was hard to breave. 5) the apartment is located on the top of the hill. it's cool in terms of view of the city. however I thought that it will be calm and secluded area to relax. how surprised I was when each night people from the hill are not going around it to the bottom, but through the pick of it instead. On the scooters! Teenagers without helmets. You have the anti-burglary curtains but still... 6) staying in the location topic. it is not a blame to the rental office, just my judgment and advice for any guests. Aguilas is not a cool city. Puerto Mazarron (which we discussed as an option) looked much turist-friendly. Aguilas is rather a post-factory quite big town but apart from the playa espana square and the castle, nothing to offer.
