* Location & Parking: We used Larisa as a base to visit family/friends and take day trips to Meteora, Platamonas beach, and Volos (each about an hour away). The location of this apartment was perfect for us because it was on the edge of town, close to the highways with only a short distance to drive within the city, and it had a designated parking space. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance, and the main town squares are within 20 minutes walking distance. * Size & Amenities: - very spacious: large living/kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (each with toilet, sink, shower or tub) - on the fourth floor, with an elevator - towels were provided - large balcony with with table and chairs - a small washing machine (we did not use it) & a drying rack on the balcony - some food was provided: tea, coffee, milk, deli meat, bread, and other items * The host replied quickly to my questions via Booking messaging and/or WhatsApp.

We were grateful for air conditioning! There were two units: in the main living space and in only one of the bedrooms - fans would have helped to circulate the cool air, and it would've been nice to have extra sheets. The mattresses on the beds were very firm (common in Greece). There was no microwave. (This is not a complaint, just FYI for future travelers.)
