La posizione dell’appartamento in estate è decisamente strepitosa, con una vista bellissima dal balcone sulla vallata di Bad Hofgastein. L’appartamento è molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli, il letto é molto comodo, con possibilità di regolare l’inclinazione. La host e suo marito sono attenti alle necessità dei loro ospiti e sono davvero molto gentili. I bambini ed il cane Pablo sono simpatici e molto ben educati. Esperienza TOP !

Schwer erreichbar im Winter und sehr teuer für Kinder

Schöne Aussicht, separater Schalfzimmer und Wohn-Küche, gereumiges und gemütliches Appartment.

Die Unterkunft ist bei Schneefall ohne Allradantrieb über eine sehr steile und schmale Straße nur schwer bis gar nicht erreichbar. Diese Information hätte dringend in die Beschreibung gehört. Auf der Buchungsseite war nicht ersichtlich, ob und ab welchem Alter für Kinder zusätzliche Kosten anfallen. Während des Buchungsvorgangs kam es zudem wiederholt zu Abstürzen bei der Eingabe der Zahlungsmethode. Möglicherweise hing dies mit dem Fehlen entsprechender Informationen im System zusammen – etwa zu Kinderpreisen oder Belegungsrichtlinien. Daher haben wir schließlich ohne Angabe der Kinder gebucht. Vor Ort folgte dann die böse Überraschung: Für jedes unserer Kinder (4 und 8 Jahre alt) wurde pro Nacht nahezu der volle Erwachsenenpreis verlangt – obwohl keine vollwertigen Schlafmöglichkeiten bereitgestellt wurden. Dies lässt vermuten, dass Kinder ab 0 Jahren als voll zahlende Erwachsene gelten, was im Unterkunftsprofil auf Booking.com jedoch nirgendwo angegeben ist. In vielen anderen Unterkünften übernachten Kinder bis zu einem gewissen Alter (z. B. 6, 12 oder sogar 16 Jahren) kostenlos, insbesondere wenn – nicht pro Person, sondern eine gesamte Ferienwohnung gebucht wird. Da hierzu keinerlei Hinweise vorhanden waren, gingen wir davon aus, dass es sich um eine Buchung der gesamten Ferienwohnung handelt und nicht um eine Abrechnung pro Person und Nacht – und dass Kinder dieser Alter kostenlos übernachten. Solche Informationen sollten aber klar und transparent während des Buchungsvorgangs auf Booking.com ersichtlich sein. Zusätzlich war die Gastgeberin äußerst unfreundlich, zeigte keinerlei Bereitschaft Fehler einzugestehen oder zumindest teilweise Kulanz zu zeigen und drohte im Gespräch sogar mit der Polizei – eine Erfahrung, die deutlich von Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft abweicht. Fazit: Im Winter ohne Allradantrieb und insbesondere mit Kindern können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
