We stayed at Olympian Altis Hotel on May 28–29 as a family of two adults and one 7-year-old child.
First of all, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Mariniki and Damiano for their warm welcome, friendly conversations, valuable recommendations, and kind attitude throughout our stay. Their suggestions for sightseeing and dinner were excellent and truly enhanced our experience.
Regarding the hotel itself, our overall experience was mixed. The renovated entrance area is impressive and creates a very positive first impression. There have also been some improvements in the rooms. However, the bathroom was definitely below our expectations and seemed in need of further renovation and attention.
In terms of cleanliness, we cannot say it was exceptional. The bed, bed linens, and towels were perfectly clean and well maintained. However, we noticed dust and sand on the floor tiles in the room, which affected our overall impression of cleanliness.
The breakfast was adequate and offered everything one would reasonably expect, without being particularly remarkable.
Overall, we appreciate the hospitality of the staff—especially Mariniki and Damiano—who were the highlight of our stay. With some improvements to the bathrooms and room cleaning, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
