Just as the picture. New build so bang up to date. All the equipment you need including washer/dryer machine😀
As a solo traveller its was fine as CNN it would be for two people
Good location. Just walk into the city by following Colombo Street and you cannot miss Cathedral Square. From there go anywhere!

No bfast.handy to central city,heated toilet seat
Squeaky bathroom door we spread marg on to stop.corner of bed base board sharp,needs rounding( cut skin on my leg). Not good entrance door code.i helped 5 other guests. We couldn’t have decent cup of tea thick coffee cups not for tea. Biggest complaint we couldn’t tune tv into NZ channels Bloody disappointing ,no chase- news. Hopeless.nice
