Gutes Viertel, Sicherheit, top modern
Sehr kaltes Zimmer, keine Heizung. Es gab zw. 18 und 19 Grad, der Boden wahrscheinlich 15 Grad oder weniger. Ich war bereits erkältet und darum war sehr schlimm für mich. Dazu gibt es viele Regeln für die gemeinsamen Räume

This apartment is in one of the safest areas in Quito. Close by there is a large and pretty park with a botanical garden and other outdoor activities. In addition, there is a metro station in the park. The Quito Metro is clean and safe providing cheap transportation to many tourist sites and business. Finally, the location has lots of restaurants and stores close by.
The building is very nice and provides a lot of amenities: guards, gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, work areas, and laundry facilities.
The area is busy and it can be noisy even at night.
