This house is simply amazing — a beautiful two‑floor accommodation complete with a kitchen, bathtub, and even a private garden. It felt like having our own little retreat. The laundry room is shared and located outside the house; I actually met a few people while waiting for my laundry, which added a friendly touch 🤭.
Train sounds can be heard from time to time.
The luggage delivery process could be improved. We weren’t sure where to store our bags for pickup since we had to leave for the next city at 11. Luckily, a male employee was extremely kind and assisted us. On the other hand, a female staff member accidentally stepped on my handbag strap without apologizing — I think she was unaware. Since the gentleman was so helpful, we let it slide.

Incredible facilities, spotless, brand new, and very clean. The location is perfect: a very quiet neighborhood but super close to key landmarks like Fushimi Inari and Tofuku-ji Temple. It features a very useful washer and dryer in an outdoor area. The only thing to consider is that the stairs to the top floor are narrow and steep, so it might be complicated for anyone with limited mobility. Highly recommended!

清潔で広くくつろげました。
しょうがないかもしれませんが、お隣の足音が意外と響いてきて驚きました。
油がなかった。電気コンロの使い方がわからないかったので、説明書があれば良かったです。お風呂が冷めやすいので、少し熱めのお湯を溜めるようにしました。

駅に近いこと。
お風呂が五右衛門風呂風で趣がある。
・眠りの浅い方にはお勧めしません。寝室が線路側に面しており、騒音が気になりました。
・洗濯機はついている部屋とない部屋があるので、確認してから予約した方がよいです。トップページの写真には洗濯機がありますが、どこの部屋かは明示されていないので。
・駐車場が1000円で利用できると個別で連絡をいただきましたが、前日になってやっぱり利用できませんとメールが届いたので、残念な気持ちになりました。
・事前に玄関に入るためのパスコードが送られてくるようでしたが届いておらず、到着したは良いが部屋に入れず困りました。電話をするとすぐに対応してはくれました。
・人数分の歯ブラシとタオルがなく、またもや連絡をする羽目になりました。
・とにかく道が狭く、宿の前まで車では入れません。車での利用はお勧めしません。
