Très bonne communication et accueil de la propriétaire. Très réactive et sympathique. L'appartement est grand, très confortable, très bien équipé, propre et belle déco. C'est très agréable. Superbe terrasse avec une magnifique vue. Parking souterrain et entrée sécurisée. Ascenseur. Convient parfaitement pour PMR. Accès plage en 3mn en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
La route proche un peu passante mais aucun bruit le soir et la nuit.

Appartement confortable, récent et très bien entretenu. Tout ce qu’il faut à disposition. Le point négatif est le bruit de la circulation, l’appartement bien qu’il semble isolé est à côté d’une route assez passante toute la journée et le soir, difficile de profiter de la terrasse. Avec les fenêtres fermées on entend peu le bruit.
