Lovely place to stay. Host was excellent with communication. Whilst visiting Madrid, it was my fiancé’s birthday and they got some balloons, a bottle of wine & chocolate truffles! Clean & tidy with good facilities. Metro station is near by. Perfect for couples!

1. Location. Near the underground station Tetuan with the quick ride to the centre of Mardid. 2. The connection with the host. It was a very detailed instruction to get to the property. 3. The host was always in tuch and very helpful. 4. The amenities were above the average. Very well equipped kitchenette- stove and oven, microwave. Washing mashine. 4. The possibility to have two sleeping beds - above the seating area and a sofa bed.
1. Steep and slippery staircases . I'm an old lady and for me it was always a risk to go downstairs from the combined lavatory and douche. Apart form all that it's a very lovely mini loft , and I'd recommend it to younger couples.
