Premium 4 Bedroom Furnished Home, with Garden ,Gated Compound Near Pyramids

The apartment had everything we needed and more. Beautiful and spacious with a lot of space for our family. The kids loved the swimming pools.

Nothing.

The flat is large. There is plenty of room with 2 large toilets and great showers. The flat is on the ground floor making access easy.

The location is not so good. There are many places in Cairo that will not deliver to Giza. The roads to the flat are very poor, with lots of aggressive drivers. The flat is 15+ kilometers from most things. The flat was not clean. There were dead and some living flies in the toilets. The kitchen needs a professional cleaning. There was grime everywhere and water seeped from under the sink. I looked everywhere but could not find dinner ware. The pans for cooking were of a very cheap nature, I couldn't get them clean. There were no utensils (spatula...) for cooking. The referidgerator was dirty and had old food in it. There were no clean bath towels in the flat. The manager had me search everywhere, none could be found. He then made up a story, saying the towels went out for laundering. There was a washing machine (no soap) in the flat and a drying rack. Why would you send out the towels for laundering? There was no amenities; eventually some toilet paper was delivered. We live in Egypt and communicated our arrival multiple times; still we had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager to arrive and let us in. Some of the sliding doors on the ground floor didn't lock. I rely on the customer reviews for information for the properties. The 10 point reviews for this property are highly suspect, there was one score of 4, which may be a little low. The flat could be a great place; but the current condition and style of management are not conducive with a good stay.
