Nice size accommodation, clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you would need to self cater, but was close to food options as well. House was very close to where we wanted to be and easy to get to other areas in Brisbane. Mostly quiet neighbourhood.
First impressions outside weren’t the best (visually). Had trouble opening key safe, but luckily host was there at the time and could let us in. Worked when we left. Gate was very noisy. Double beds were so hard and uncomfortable.

Lock box access for keys process worked well.
The kitchen facilities were good but could do with a microwave bowl. (very minor)
The bed was very solid, and given our reason for travelling, we needed a really good night's sleep. That didn't happen.
We had been advised that the beds were hard, so bought our own mattress topper, which helped a lot.
With 4 people staying, the 3-seater couch was inadequate, given the layout caters for 6 people.
Disappointingly, no off-street parking.
