Le logement est très bien situé sur Nantes. La place de parking sécurisée est un plus. Les modalités de récupération et dépôt des clefs sont ultra faciles et l’hôte est très sympathique. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. La résidence est calme. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Die Lage der Wohnung im 3.Stock, ca. 1km von der Altstadt entfernt war ruhig und doch zentral. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer, separates Schafzimmer und auch Bad und WC getrennt sind große Pluspunkte.
In der Wohnung wurde geraucht, den Geruch kann man trotz Lüften nicht ganz eliminieren. Die Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen, der Handtuchhalter im Bad war nur notdürftig befestigt. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, aber schon ziemlich abgenutzt
