El departamento es bonito y está en buena zona.
No estaba realmente limpio. Parecía que tenía tiempo así, algunas sabanas y toallas olían a usado y la ducha tenía polvo y pelos en el suelo.. es muy lindo el lugar pero faltó tener mejor limpieza y atención.

New, confortable, easy access, kind people, clean, luminous and airy, great view, very good taste with the decoration, good amnenities. Very nice place to stay.
At night could be noisy because of avenue and people with motorcycles on weekends disturbing in the neighborhood, they should not be there. Maybe a compliant with the police could help. For improvment to be perfect they can add seats to the kitchen bar for breakfasts as there is not dining table. Also we suggest improving the tv service and change for a bigger bed in the second room. Availability of basic things in the kitchen as coffee and salt, toaster, kitchen towels would be a plus.

La ubicación y el menaje del apartamento. Muy bien dotado, tanto en lencería como en equipo de cocina. Queda cerca a centros comerciales , restaurantes y supermercados a pesar de ser un barrio muy residencial y agradable.
El ruido. Queda cerca de una avenida principal y el apartamento no tiene aislamiento acústico. También las paredes son muy delgadas y se oye el ruido del corredor y de los otros apartamentos.
