The place is clean, fully functional, and has top amenities. The washing machine is modern and big, and has an integrated automatic detergent dispenser. There is an integrated extendable clothes line on the wall. The WiFi works, the air conditioning is powerful but silent, all in all a truly awesome place to stay in Kanazawa, off the beaten path in a local area. The responses of the kind host were fast and polite (in Japanese). The Onsen right across the street has a beautiful 露天風呂 (outdoor bath) for just 500¥, truly a bang for the buck.
The blankets were a little thin for us, and the place is not that spacious if you‘re three adults like us. But its certainly enough for a comfortable stay.

駐車場から宿泊場所に着くまでに、話しかけてくる住民がいる。昼には独り言を呟いており、夜には自分の家のベランダで歌を歌っている。警戒せざるを得なかった。
