Muy buenas instalaciones (especialmente la habitación y el baño). Disponibilidad de todo lo necesario. Buena ubicación, a 400 metros del Duomo.
No tiene buena luz natural pero es un detalle menor.

Super Kommunikation, gute Lage in Santa Croce (alles fußläufig zu erreichen), viel Platz in der Unterkunft und alles war sehr sauber. Früher das Gepäck abzustellen und beim Check-Out noch etwas länger stehen zu lassen war kein Problem.
Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (es gab kein Schneidebrett und Tabs für die Spülmaschine; zumindest konnten wir sie nirgends finden).

Ottima ristrutturazione con belle foto; Dotazione di qualità (boiler, lavatrice, piastra induzione etc); Essenziali a disposizione (sale, zucchero, caffè etc.); Posizione; Check-in; Servizi in zona.
Manutenzione piuttosto carente: diverse parti danneggiate o rotte e non riparate o sostituite (mobiletto frigo, anta sotto il lavabo della cucina, porta della doccia mancante arrangiata con un pezzo di tenda); Pulizia non impeccabile: zanzare spalmate sul muro con tanto di sangue, parquet della camera segnato, piumone bisognoso di profondo lavaggio o sostituzione); Letto non proprio comodo.
