Cozy 2BHK with Balcony & Kitchen

Location is good. Property has every thing ( Kitchen, all utensils, owen, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, AC etc.,). You will feel like your own Home. Daily maid used to come and clean whole house and utensils (if any). House incharges are really nice and helpful. They are happy to answer all queries patiently.

During heavy rainfall water came inside one bedroom, Small correction need to be done for this. Except this rest all stay is very good. Owners would be correcting this as well ASAP.

Very good property with full kitchen and clean property

Our 4-day stay at this beautiful 2BHK flat in Nagpur turned out to be far better than expected—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We were a group of 7–8 family members, and not once did we feel short on space or comfort. The flat is thoughtfully designed and perfectly arranged—from comfortable beds and well-placed furniture to all essential appliances and daily-use items. Everything you might need is already there: tea leaves, sugar, detergents, a water cooler, and more. It’s clear that every small detail has been taken care of. The entire space was clean, well-lit, fresh, and very spacious. The balcony added a special touch, offering a relaxing roadside view that made mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. With ACs in both bedrooms as well as the hall, comfort was never compromised. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Despite our late-night arrival, arrangements like water and other necessities were handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Mr. Vikas Sahni, Mrs. Meenu Sahni, along with caretaker Santosh and the entire support staff, were extremely warm, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. This wasn’t just a rental—it was an experience made special by wonderful people who go the extra mile to ensure comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming stay. Absolutely worth it. Must try!
