Ubicación perfecta, puedes ir al centro andando. Si vas en coche, la opción de tener pk es ideal.
Faltan cosas útiles en la cocina, instalaciones bien pero haría falta alguna mejora.

Leider eine Unterkunft die fototeschnisch wirklich aufgehübscht ist. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (zum Glück). Gute Lage zum MRT Trindade.
Leider stark abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, was leider nicht zeitnah gelöst werden konnte. Interessanterweise war das vorab bekannt, da der Kollege der Übergabe nochmal die Temperatur geprüft hatte. Geschirr war etwas schmuddelig. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier meineserachtens leider nicht.
