Lägenheten har en lång och smal balkong med utsikt över beachen och gatorna som myllrar av restauranger. Alltid mycket att titta på. Sol fram till 16-tiden. Där finns även en enkel takterrass på våning 4. Området är livligt och man hör människor och musik långt in på småtimmarna vilket är trevligt för den som inte blir stressad över högt ljud eller behöver sova. Fönstren är inte isolerade. Lägenheten ligger på våning 2. Ingen hiss. Trappan är ganska brant.
