Noel tree and breakfast were amaizing to rest.

Hotel Esperia was a wonderful hotel. Even though we experienced a personal issue that was entirely on our side, they were extremely helpful and solution-oriented both during the reservation process and afterward. The staff were very friendly, and during the Christmas season the hotel had a beautiful concept that truly reflected the festive atmosphere. The breakfast and the overall ambiance were absolutely lovely, and even spending a large part of our time simply relaxing there felt priceless. Its proximity to the Christmas market and the excellent dinner restaurant they recommended to us were also amazing 🙏🏻

Great stop-over in marble palace with great breakfast

Nice room, in a building decorated with marble and other stonework to honour the region's abundant stone quarries. Great Greek breakfast - I only could finish half of it.

Parking is at the street, places my be in short supply.

Felt unclean.

The receptionist were really friendly and the hotel is in an okay location. The beds were comfortable.

It was very very unclean unfortunately. The sheets smelled really bad and there were a few stains. There were a few trashes in the room near the fridge… It was unpleasant. Also, small things but the tv didnt have You Tube 😅

Ωραίος χώρος πρωινού ωραίο πρωινό εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και καθαροί χώροι

Τα δωμάτια χρήζουν ανακαίνισης και κυρίως το μπάνιο το οποίο είχε μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας. Στο ντουζ δεν είχε καθόλου πίεση το νερό και δεν έκανε καλή μίξη ζεστό κρύο.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία της πόλης, δίπλα ακριβώς στον σταθμό των υπεραστικών λεωφορείων, είναι μερικώς ανακαινισμένο, έχει ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και προσφέρει αρκετά καλό πρωϊνό. Επίσης, το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό και υπάρχει καλή σχέση ποιότητας- τιμής

Το μπάνιο θα χρειαζόταν μια μικρή ανακαίνιση και θα προτιμούσα ένα δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι.

Το κρεβάτι

Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και σχεδόν καθόλου ροή στην ντουζιέρα. Ενημερώσαμε πολλές φορές την reception και ζήτησα αλλαγή δωματίου αλλά δεν έγινε.

Ωραία διαμονή στη Δράμα

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε σημείο της πόλης δίπλα στο σταθμό λεωφορείων και στο πάρκο, άνετο, καθαρό. Φιλοξένησε άνετα οικογένεια 4 ατόμων.

Η κουκέτα νιώσαμε πως δεν ήταν αρκετά σταθερή. Στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μία ανοιγόμενη πόρτα στην ντουζιέρα για να μην βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω.

Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πολης. Πάρκινγκ με χρέωση παραδίπλα. Πολύ άνετα και καινούργια στρώματα. Διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα.

Το δωμάτιο ως χώρος ήταν μικρό, όχι ότι μας δυσκόλεψε σε κάτι αυτό. Δεν προσφέρεται πρωϊνό, πράγμα το οποίο δεν ήταν και φοβερή έλλειψη.
