Appartamento in una posizione comodissima nella via principale del centro storico vicinissimo a supermercati e negozi di qualsiasi genere. Per chi scia comodissimo perchè a soli 10m a piedi c'è la partenza della cabinovia che arriva in quota in più l'host ci ha offerto il deposito sci e scarponi gratuito a 50m dalla cabinovia. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di buonissimo vino rosso locale e le ciotole per il nostro cane. Avevamo richiesto l'adattatore per piastra a induzione per usare la nostra moka...L'hanno comprata appositamente con tanto di pacchetto di caffè di marca! Sono organizzatissimi con un link per consigli su ristoranti (provati due buonissimi) attività etc. Insomma una esperienza molto positiva che sicuramente replicheremo il prox anno
Se propio devo andare a cercare il "pelo nell'uovo" le luci della sala troppo forti e mal regolabili....ma cmq nulla di problematico

Federico was the BEST host- met us and gave an overview of property. He responded immediately to our questions, helpful with selections of food- clearly loved his city. Came to set up a second bed and surprised us with chocolates and wine!!! And what is better than being above a pastry shop
Otis the dog upstairs barked a lot!

Overall, the apartment made a very good impression. It is new, clean, and nicely renovated with a modern and tasteful design. Despite very cold weather outside (around −12°C), the apartment was warm and comfortable inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. There was also a Smart TV.
The location is excellent for Bormio: close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the ski lift. We were able to unload our luggage right next to the building and then park the car about a 10-minute walk away. During our ski days, we did not need the car at all.
The main disappointment was communication with the property management. Messages sent via Booking remained unanswered for a long time, which forced us to look for a WhatsApp contact ourselves. Unfortunately, the situation was similar on WhatsApp as well: messages were often read but left unanswered for several hours.
In practice, Federico was the only person who actually communicated with us. He answered our questions, apologized for the delays, and tried to help. If it were not for him, the communication experience would have been very poor.
During our stay (5 nights), sorted trash accumulated. In Bormio, waste collection works on specific days depending on the type of trash, but there was no information, instructions, or calendar provided in the apartment. It would be very helpful to inform guests about this in advance, as trash inevitably builds up during a longer stay.
We also found it unusual that toiletries (shampoo and toilet paper) were provided only in a very limited quantity, regardless of the length of stay. This becomes inconvenient when staying more than a couple of nights.
Additional downsides include sound insulation. For the first two days, a family with a child stayed above us, and we could clearly hear crying and toys moving on the floor. After they left, it became much quieter.
Finally, the safe did not feel secure: it is very light, not fixed to the wall, and does not give a real sense of safety.
