Very well equipped. You would struggle to want anything that was not needed for a short/medium stay. Nice touches with coffee and wine/chocolates.
Hosts were engaging and lovely.
Cafe staff (next door) lovely.
Entrance lets the property down and did not do it justice. We were concerned upon arrival tbh!

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the location is 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Bondi, direct bus into the CBD, good cafes and shops around. The hosts were really lovely and really care about your experience, I couldn’t fault them! The kitchen has everything you could ever need, all the appliances and there’s a great laundromat 2 seconds away.
The stay was really good apart from two things - it smells of damp, the hosts are clearly aware as there’s a dehumidifier, but the smell of damp was always noticeable. The cafe staff arrive around 6ish so if you’re a relatively light sleeper that’ll be when you wake up every day as the door to the bedroom leads directly to the back of the cafe.

Perfect location. Couldn't be better placed to restaurants etc but still close to bondi beach
No outdoor area but i wouldn't expect that with this excellent price in this location
