Wonderful place and space for family reunion
Everything but especially the interior design including: lovely old pieces of furniture and artefacts from around the world. Kitchen one of the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in. Location and views perfect. Chickens. Log burner. Warm welcome.

Superb accommodation in a great location!
Everywhere was spotless, great beds and bedding, great bathrooms, plenty of seating (both in the lounge and at the dining table), everywhere smelled fresh and clean. The welcome pack was brilliant! We were so pleased that we hope to book again for next year.

Excellent with everything we needed lovely property and host
The property was very well equipped with everything you needed and more, lovely welcoming note with everything you need for a cup of tea or coffee after a long trip, along with some cake, very much appreciated, the eggs from the chickens excellent. Lovely scenery and easy access to Stroud and other areas. Just a lovely place to stay and so relaxing. We just felt at home and relaxed. Beds comfortable, rooms big and lovely and clean. Even a USB charging station for everyone's phones etc. We loved the different levels of the accommodation, just added to the character of the property. I would highly recommend.
Anyone with mobility issues may find the walk up the sloped drive an issue and the different levels of the accommodation.
