El alojamiento es muy sencillo, acogedor y muy bien situado en Santiago, cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y siempre estuvo presente ante cualquier consulta.

El departamento que me otorgaron (312) no era ninguno de los que aparece en las imágenes. Los anfitriones poco cordiales e inconscientes, me toco día de lluvia por lo que solicite acceder al depto un poco antes de check in y se me negó por lo que me moje más de la cuenta. El depto en el que estuve si bien cumplía lo básico, tampoco consideraron el clima invernal y día de lluvia. No tenía más ropa de cama y el mini calefactor casi no cumplía su tarea. El baño demasiado pequeño e incómodo. Difícil comunicación también a través de WhatsApp, solo respondía un bot automático y demasiado insistentes con los mensajes de check out
