I got locked out outside where there are couch. The key card suddenly wont function. Good thing theres a passerby who opened the door from the inside. I was sooo cold outside.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport is super convenient and the drivers are very friendly and super helpful if you have questions. There is also a nice variety at breakfast.

There was a thirty minute wait to check in and I was double charged for the room and still waiting on my reimbursement to be returned to my bank.

Very comfortable stay

The Hampton Inn was convenient and comfortable. The room did not make you feel cramped. Had a very comfortable mattress and came equipped with both a refrigerator and a microwave. We particularly enjoyed the quiet air-conditioning. In many hotels we stayed at when the air conditioning cycles on and off overnight. It wakes you up.

I booked the room at a slightly extra charge as I opted to pay when I go there. Somehow, I was charged a week before but the difference price was not refined. Also, I have o idea why I was charged prior to my visit?

Clean, quiet, convenient!

I flew in for a quick meeting and needed some place to stay near the airport since I flew out early the next day. It is the perfect location by the airport, new, very clean, and quiet. Exactly what I needed for my specific purposes!

Would have loved for it to have some options where I could go for a walk outdoors (like on a sidewalk), but that’s not the hotel’s fault - it’s the nature of where the airport is located in relation to Little Rock. The workout center sufficed. Also would have been good to have a few more gluten free options for food in the little convenience store at the hotel, but that wasn’t a deal breaker since I brought my own snacks.

Everything was good bed was comfortable. I understand it’s a brand new hotel and the comfort Inn across the way. Literally had a small bar and decent food and it was within walking distance so it was very nice.

The only thing I did not like is, I was in my room Monday afternoon and someone was trying to get in my room. It was given a key for my room number 204 and I heard somebody outside the door opened it up and I don’t know why the front desk gave her a key With the same room number. Not that it was a big deal. We both went downstairs and straighten that out because I had paid for two nights, but it was just a little unsettling that that may happen and maybe just an easy mistake but something that should’ve been avoided other than that everything was great

Very restful after 20 hours of travel. The hotel is neat and very clean.

The breakfast was fine and the location is great for anyone planning to use the airport.

We arrived at night around 10:10 PM and found the front door locked and no one seemed to be at the desk. We knocked several times before anyone came to the door. After signing in, I had to go back outside to the car and put a paper on the dash of the car to show that we had checked in to the hotel for the night. That requirement seemed excessive.
