Byt se nachází v centru, bezproblémové parkování před budovou, které je zpoplatněno městem. Přístup do bytu pomocí klíče, který si vyzvednete nedaleko dle přiložené mapy. Dům klidný, pěkný a s výtahem, cítíte se bezpečně. Byt je v 8. patře. Čisto. Vybaveno myčkou a pračkou. Velmi jsme ocenili kávovar na zrnkovou kávu.
Pokud jsou horka, jako byly v našem termínu ubytování, není to zcela komfortní, není zde klimatizace. Sprchový kout není ve spádu, chybí uzavření, je nutné použít ručníky, aby voda nebyla v celé koupelně.
