Peaceful stay with incredible views - but bring a car!

This is a beautiful stay for someone who wants some solitude. The Dolomites can be seen through the window, and with just 15 minutes of walking you can eat some really good pizza or get necessary provisions. The staff (mostly a single working woman) shows up every morning to prepare breakfast, which is the most beautiful gesture I've encountered at a stay like this. If you don't speak Italian or German there will be a language barrier, but gestures work excellent. One of the owners also helped me when I arrived late on Saturday in Brixen, since no buses were going. That was some angel work. Otherwise: The room felt fresh, the breakfast was great and the place was quiet.

I didn't like the oversized pillow, which I couldn't use because of the height. I didn't like that it was kind of a hassle to get around in the area if you didn't have a car (which I highly recommend!). I didn't like that you couldn't order food to the property, or buy anything else than drinks (if this was possible I wasn't informed in any way). I also expected some kind of information about the area, and some recommendations. That would've been nice.

Amazing views, great value - an experience not quickly forgotten.

The location is amazing...second to none. Room is spotless, with an incredible view. The value for money is second to none. Breakfast is provided, abundant with local produce, fresh bread and local yogurt, milk and butter. It's a great way to start ghe day...a quality, filling breakfast. The staff are exceptionally attendant, calm and friendly. All perfect.

Sound proofing could be improved. Otherwise, perfect.

Amazing room with an amazing view!

Amazing room with an amazing view! Definitely enjoyed my stay, the bed is super comfortable, the room is pretty big with a dresser/closet and desk. The bathroom was great as well. The view from the room was amazing! The host was responsive with messaging, although I had to use google translate, she was very kind. The breakfast is pretty simple yogurt with granols, some coffee/tea/juice and assortment of meats cheese and bread.

The location and the views are amazing

The location is excellent. A few mins drive to main attractions like Santa Maddalena and St John's church. If you want to hike, then there are hiking routes from near the apartment which take you through picturesque valley and forest etc. The local shop and bakery have most things you need or if you want a bigger shop, then go to chiusa. The apartment was clean, tidy, and big enough for a family of 4. It had two double rooms with wardrobes, a kitchen with most things you need to cook your meals and a small but usable bathroom with a shower. There is a fridge and a hob/oven. Annalise is very accommodating and kind and tries very hard to make her guests stay a comfortable one. She provided extra pillows, a kettle, and other bits and pieces when asked. I would recommend this place to everyone and it's so reasonable as well. The pics don't do justice. It is even better in person. We would love to come back one day. THANK YOU.

It’s a good stay and warmly welcomed

This is a good property. Be aware of the last stretch of road that gets you there especially for people coming from outside EU. The host of really nice, served good breakfast every day.

Une vue incroyable!

La vue depuis l'établissement est incroyable et la situation permet de rayonner facilement dans les Dolomites.

La literie était peu confortable et nous n'avions pas à disposition quelques nécessaires de cuisine qui pourrait servir à tous. L'eau du jacuzzi n'était pas propre.

Toller Bauernhof mit toller Lage und netten Gastgeber

Sehr schöner Bauernhof. Äußerst nette Gastgeber. Liegt relativ Ortsnah und hat eine phantastische Aussicht auf die Geislerspitzen. Frühstück sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet.

Der einzige Minuspunkt, deswegen auch keine volle Punktzahl in der Bewertung. Das Bad ist arg klein. Für einen Kurzurlaub jedoch ausreichend.

Wir wussten ja, dass wir auf einem „Bauernhof“ wohnen… und genau das haben wir auch gesucht! Der Empfang war schon supernett! Nicht übertrieben - einfach authentisch! Es war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten! Wir buchen dort sicher wieder! Denn - schöner geht es nicht!

Czysty, przytulny obiekt z pięknym widokiem na góry i pysznymi lokalnymi śniadaniami.

Świetne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek. Pokój był czysty i ładnie urządzony, z okna widok na piękne góry. Śniadania smaczne, z lokalnych produktów – mleko od ich własnych krów. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Okolica cicha i malownicza, blisko do atrakcji jak dolina Odle czy kościół St. Magdalena. Polecam!

Naprosto úžasné

Krásně ubytování na farmě kousek od Santa Maddaleny s úžasným výhledem na masiv Odle . Pokoj byl hezky zařízený , s vlastní koupelnou. K dispozici jsme měli i společnou kuchyň a lednici. Výborné snídaně a velmi milá a vstřícná paní majitelka. Moc se nám zde líbilo a velice rádi toto ubytování doporučujeme!!!

Лучшее место где я был. Вид с балкона просто обалденный. Всё что нужно есть в апартаменте, даже хорошая кофемашина.

Traumhaft mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Es war für uns ein traumhafter Urlaub, mit vielen bleibenden Erinnerungen, Eindrücken und Emotionen. Die Besitzer des Hof`s sind sehr herzliche Menschen...vielen Dank für Alles, liebe Familie Messner...Das Frühstück wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet und landestypisch mit Käse, Schinken, Salami, hausgemachte Marmelade und Jogurth auf dem Tisch plaziert ... einfach lecker ... und mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir können diesen Hof nur empfehlen.

Es gibt für uns NICHTS negatives zu berrichten.
